Documents Required for Enrolment

For counter enrolment / completion of enrolment, the following are required:- - Original Singapore Identity Card or Passport - Original Valid Work Pass or Permit (for foreigners only) - Valid Provisional Driving License, if any - Valid Qualified Driving / Riding License, if any - Spectacles, if any - Traffic Police Endorsed Medical Declaration Form (applicable only for learners with pre-existing eye / medical condition)

Minimum Requirements for Enrolment

CLASS 3/ 3A & CLASS 2B - At least 18 years old at the time of application - Physically and mentally fit - Passed eye-sight and colour blindness tests - Have not accumulated more than 12 demerit points under the Driver Improvement Points System (DIPS) - Applicants who are above the age of 65 or pregnant must produce a certified doctor’s letter stating that they are fit to drive / ride during the period of training and Traffic Police Tests CLASS 2A - At least 19 years old ...

Minimum Age to Get a Licence

Under the Road Traffic Act, you have to be at least 18 years old (based on date of birth).
