Online Enrolment Payment Deducted But Reflected as Unsuccessful

 

Please be informed that although the credits has been deducted from your bank account, the payment may still be pending/processing, and will take at least 1-2 working days to be reflected and confirmed for your enrolment.

 

You should receive a confirmation email by the next working day, after 3PM. 
Should you still not receive the confirmation then, please submit an Enquiry with the bank deduction statement/record to "Technical/Payment Error" for the relevant department's assistance.
