To retrieve BTT records, please login to Traffic Police eServices website and attempt to apply for an ePDL - CLICK HERE.
The record will be available on the application page as below sample shown.
If the record is not shown, you will need to check with Traffic Police Department @ CDC Level 2.
You may visit Traffic Police at CDC Ubi Centre Level 2 between Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 4.30PM (avoid lunch time 12PM-2PM) or Sat 8.30AM to 12PM. No appointment is required.
You will be provided with a record slip if your BTT is still valid.
