Pregnant / Vertigo/ Extreme Motion Sickness
- You are required to attempt the first module of the simulator training.
- During the module, should the symptoms persist, please inform the Simulator Office Instructor.
You will be issued a medical form which you will be required to get a medical report by a Singapore registered medical practitioner or specialist to certify that you are unfit to attempt the simulator training. The same Singapore registered medical practitioner or specialist must also certify that despite this medical condition, you are still fit to drive.
- Submit medical form to Traffic Police Department @ CDC, Level 2 during their office hours Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 4.30PM (avoid lunch time 12PM-2PM) or Saturday 8.30AM to 12PM. No appointment is required.
- If you have any bookings within 48-hour (2 working days), please visit Customer Service Info Counter with the endorsed medical form for assistance.
Handicapped Learner
If you are a handicapped learner who does not require modifications to your vehicle, you will be required to attend the simulator training.
For learners who require vehicle modifications, please submit the medical documents to Traffic Police Department @ CDC, Level 2 during their office hours Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 4.30PM (avoid lunch time 12PM-2PM) or Saturday 8.30AM to 12PM. No appointment is required.
