Lesson/ Test Cancellation

If you have booked for a Traffic Police Practical Driving Test and wish to change the licence class type, the Test Vehicle & Warm-up Test Fees will be forfeited. Learners are required to attend practical training and re-take the Simulator Training under the new class type before a new test date can be booked.

There will be no refund of test fee, vehicle fee and warm-up fees for any cancellation of your test date by you.

There will be no charge if the Practical Lesson cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the booked session. For lesson cancellation within 24 to 48 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $20.00 (subject to prevailing GST) will be charged per cancellation. Medical certificate will not be accepted as a reason for late cancellation. Every learner is entitled to 18 cancellation counts during first year* of enrolment. Once you exceed your cancellation counts, a charge of $5.00 (subject to prevailing GST) will be imposed for every subsequent cancellation. This applies to both Theory and Practical Lessons. *Renewal is for another 6 months and proportionately, 9 cancellation counts will be granted for the 6 months renewal period.
