There will be no charge if the Practical Lesson cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the booked session.
For lesson cancellation within 24 to 48 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $20.00 (subject to prevailing GST) will be charged per cancellation.
Medical certificate will not be accepted as a reason for late cancellation.
The amount paid for the duly successfully cancelled lesson, less any applicable cancellation charge(s), will be credited back to the Learner’s Store Value Account.
No cancellation is allowed for the following lessons: -
- Induction Programme (IP)
- Vehicular Pre-Operative Check (VPC)
- Learner Driver Competency Screening (LDCS)
